1. The weather is beautiful.
天气很好。

天气好同样还可以这样表达:
It’s very nice out today. 今天外面的天气很好。
The weather is nice out today. 今天外面的天气很好。
It’s sunny and warm today. 今天阳光灿烂、很暖和。

喜欢这种天气:
Yeah. I love this kind of weather. 是啊，我喜欢这种天气。

有点儿挑剔了:
It’s a little too hot for my liking. 就我喜欢的天气来说,这还是有点儿太热了。

2. It’s really cold out.
外面真冷。

冷且恶劣的天气:
It’s freezing outside. 外面特别冷。
The weather is nasty. 天气真恶劣。
The weather outside is terrible. 外面的天气真糟糕。

天气确实糟糕:
Yeah, this weather is awful. 是啊，这天气太糟糕了。

天冷了要多穿衣服：
It's so cold; I need to get a new coat. 好冷啊，我得买件新外套了。

3. It's snowing today. 
今天下雪啦。

下雪啦: It’s snowy outside. 外面下雪了。
There’s snow outside. 外面下雪了。
It’s cold and snowing Today. 今天好冷，下雪了。 喜欢下雪的人：
That’s alright. I love the snow. 好啊，我喜欢雪。
The snow is nice. 下雪挺好的。 不喜欢下雪的人：
Snowy weather is dreadful. 下雪的天气真是糟透了。 ♦ dreadful adj. 遭透的, 非常讨厌的(口语)

4. It’s rainy.  下雨了。

根据不同的时态表达下雨:
It’s raining outside. 外面正下雨呢。
There’s a lot of rain today. 今天下了很大的雪。
It’s going to rain. 要下雨了。
给予提醒:
Don’t forget your umbrella. 别忘了带伞啊。
You probably shouldn’t go outside today. 今天你或许不该出去。

5. The weather forecast said the storm would clear up tonight
天气预报说暴风雨今晚就会停的。

随时注意天气预报:
According to the forecast, the storm is going away later tonight.
天气预报, 暴风雨今晚晚些时候就会过去的。
The weatherman said it's supposed to stop stomping tonight. 
天气预报员说暴风而今晚应该就会停止了。
The storm should clear up tonight. I heard it on the daily forecast.暴风雨今晚应该就停了,我在每日预报上听到的。

好的消息总是让人高兴的:
That's good. I'm tired of this storm. 那太好了,我都烦死这基风面了。

天气预报有时候可能不准确,抱以希望吧:
Hopefully the forecast will be right. 希望天气预报是对的。
