1. I know I can trust you.
我知道我可以信任你。

信任的程度可以逐渐加深:
I can trust you. 我可以相信你。
I definitely trust you. 我绝对相信你。
I trust you a lot. 我非常相信你。

你信任别人,别人也会信任你:
I'm glad. 我很高兴。
I have confidence in you too. 我也相信你。
That's sweet. I trust you too.那太好了,我也相信你。

definitely adv. 肯定地,确定地
have confidence in sb. 信任某人,相信某人

2. I want to tell you something, but I'm not sure if I should. 
我想告诉你一些事情,但我不确定该不该告诉你。

犹豫着该不该相信:
I'm not sure I can trust you, even though I wish I could. 我不确定我是否能相信你,虽然我希望我能。
I don't think I can trust you, even though I want to talk to you about something,我觉得我不能相信你,虽然我想告诉你一些事情。
I want to have faith in you, but I don't think I should. 我想相信你,但我认为我不应该那样。
对于你的迟疑,对方会反问:
Why not?为什么不呢?
That's not cool. Why wouldn't you trust me? 那不好吧,你为什么不相信我呢?

或许你的迟疑也有一定道理吧:
I guess that makes sense. We haven't known each other very long.
我想那有道理,我们认识也不是很长时间。
have faith in sb. 信任某人,相信某人

3. I don't really want to talk to you about it. 
我真的不想跟你说这件事。

类似的表达还可以这样说:
I don't think I should talk to you about it. 我想我不应该跟你说这件事。
I'm not sure I should talk to you about it. 我不确定我该不该跟你说这件事。

对方会问你原因:
Really? Don't you have faith in me? 是吗? 你不相信我?

对方也可能会泰然处之:
Okay, that's fine. 好吧,没关系。

4. I feel like I can't trust you.
我觉得我不能相信你。

以下四种表达也很地道:
I don't think I can trust you. 我觉得我不能相信你。
I Don't really trust you. 我真的不相信你。
I'm not sure that I trust you. 我不确定我是否相信你。
I don't think I should rely on you. 我觉得我不应该相信你。

你得说说原因吧:
Why not? What have I done?为什么?我做什么 了?
Did I do something wrong? 我做错什么了吗?

相不相信随便你啦:
Okay. Well, I can't force you to trust me, 好吧,我也不能强迫你相信我。

5. I think I can trust you.
我想我能相信你。

语气可以逐步加强:
I believe I can trust you. 我认为我能相信你。
I'm pretty sure can trust you. 我非常肯定我能相信你。

对方也非常肯定:
You can definitely trust me. 你当然可以相信我。
Yeah, you can trust me. Don't worry. 是的,你可以相信我,别担心。

6. I doubt it. 
我怀疑。

不可信:
It's doubtful! 这很可疑!
It's chancy. 这不是真的。
I wouldn't bet on it. 我不相信这个。
It sounds fishy to me. 听起来可疑。

你不信我信:
don't think so. 我不这样认为。

♦ bet on 相信,就……打赌
♦ fishy adj. 可疑的,靠不住的(口语)

7. I won't buy your story. 
我不相信你说的话。

我不信:
I won't believe your story. 我不相信你说的话。
I don't buy it. 我不相信。

这是真的:
But, it's fine. 可那是真的呀。

Kevin: Hey mom. Can I talk to you about something?
凯文:嗨,妈妈,我能和你说些事吗?

Mom: Sure, what is it, honey?
妈妈:当然可以,是什么事,宝贝?

Kevin: My friend came to me the other day and was telling me about his girlfriend.
凯文:我朋友前几天跟我说了些他女朋友的事。

Mom: Okay. Is something wrong? 
妈妈:好啊,有什么不对吗?

Kevin: Well, he said he thinks she's cheating. 
凯文:嗯,他觉得他女朋友在欺骗他。

Mom: Have there been a lol of signs? 
妈妈:有很多迹象吗?

Kevin: Yeah, quite a few. Their relationship has been going downhill for a while, I guess.
凯文:是的,有很多。我想他们的关系走下坡路已经有一段时间了。

Mom: Either way it doesn't seem like your friend trusts her anymore.
再相信他女朋友了。

Kevin: That's true
凯文:没错。

Mom: Trust is needed in a healthy relationship. They need to be honest with each other. If he's not willing to trust her, then the relationship is doomed to fail. 
妈妈:良好的关系需要信任。他们需要互相坦诚,如果他不愿意相信她的话,那他们的关系也注定要失败的。
